PREPARATION BEFORE YOUR SPRAY TAN

- Exfoliate your body leading up to your tan.
- Use an exfoliating glove and exfoliating body wash for best results.
- It is best to have a shower right before your tan to ensure your body is completely clean.
- Ensure you scrub your hands, feet, elbows and knees well, otherwise the tan can build up in these particular areas.
- Make sure you do not have any products on your body before your appointment especially deodorants, moisturisers, perfumes or hairsprays.

A great tan is obtained purely by the preparation of your body.
Ensure that if you book your appointment at night time and are intending on sleeping in the tan that you are aware the colour will darken overnight if you exceed the recommended 7 hours for development.

AFTER YOUR SPRAY TAN

- Once you have had your first shower the key to maintaining your spray tan is moisturising.
- By using Sunfx’s body lotion tan extender you can ensure your body will be kept highly moisturised.

What you want your tan to do is fade, not to become dry and patchy. Moisturise your body twice a day. Never stop moisturising. Pat your body dry after a shower, this will ensure you do not wipe the tan off your body, continue to do so until you want the tan off. If you no longer want your tan on your body start the exfoliating process again. It will take a few showers to completely exfoliate the tan off your body.
